About GRI
GRI is the independent global standard setter for sustainability impact reporting. GRI provides the world’s most widely used sustainability reporting standards and works with businesses, regulators, investors, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to advance transparency, accountability, and sustainable development.
Through a multi-stakeholder process, GRI develops standards that reflect global best practice and public interest. With staff in more than 20 countries, we combine global perspective with local relevance, supporting long-term value creation for organizations and society.
Joining GRI means being part of a global organization where your ideas matter, collaboration is part of everyday life and your work contributes to greater transparency, accountability and a more sustainable future.
About the role
As Digital Learning Operations Specialist, you will help keep the GRI’s digital services, systems and operational processes running smoothly. You will work across our learning management system (LMS), CRM, CMS, and reporting tools, helping colleagues and customers resolve issues, maintaining accurate information, and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes.
Your initial focus will be the digital learning infrastructure of the GRI Academy. You will support the day-to-day operation and continuity of the GRI Academy's digital learning infrastructure and related operational processes. You will help ensure that the Academy's LMS, webshop connections, course information, enrollment processes and related data are maintained accurately and run reliably.
You will investigate and coordinate the resolution of system issues, maintain operational information, and identify opportunities to improve processes. You will work across the GRI team and with external technology providers to ensure that the Academy's systems and processes are well managed and that customers have a consistent experience.
Alongside this core responsibility, you will support reporting, customer enquiries and other operational activities related to the Academy, with potential to support other areas of GRI as requirements evolve. You will also have opportunities to connect with other business units as GRI’s offerings grow with users and customers at their center.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining technology, data and customer interaction. You do not need to be an expert in every system. You do need to be curious, structured, comfortable investigating problems and willing to learn.
You will report to the GRI Academy Program Manager and work with colleagues across GRI, as well as external technology and service providers. The role offers broad exposure to digital learning operations, customer experience, systems coordination and business reporting within an international sustainability organization.
